Chef Coby Baumann
Coby Baumann is the Food and Beverage Director / Executive Chef for The Table Fort Worth. Coby’s culinary experience prior to working with the ministry team include his role as Chef for multiple clubs at Arlington’s Globe Life Park, Executive Chef / Owner of Fort Worth restaurant, Thurber Mingus, Executive Chef / Owner of Your Gourmet Catering, Director of Culinary Arts at TSTC Culinary Institute and Executive Chef for Sky Creek Ranch and Abilene Country Club.
Coby perceives food as an avenue to building community and serving others. He lives in Benbrook with his wife Cassie and their two children. He loves to be outdoors, camping, and cooking for his family and friends.
